The smell of old books in the air, lingering like a lyric.

I decided to go adventuring to the school’s library and wonder around the leather bound book and and ripped pages of history, art, geography, biology, science. You name it. I read it. There is something in the air that fires up my dopamine levels and sparks that glimmer of child-like wonder back into my pupils. Here is my lonely, wide-eyed adventure for the day:

3. The plainer the cover, the better.
4. Pretty.
5. Ralph Waldo Emerson. Good stuff.
6. History.

  1. Love this. I always feel better in the library, as though I might get smarter just by osmosis.
